Todd L. Young
Chief Executive Officer
As a father and serial technology company entrepreneur, Todd knew creating a data-driven testing and analytics platform could dramatically improve athletic development and level the playing field for youth athletes across the globe. Todd’s 20-year experience providing executive leadership across dynamic technology companies serves as the cornerstone for the Ballogy team. Prior to Ballogy, Todd founded ProspX, a social business platform for managing the complex, multi-party sales process of the $500 billion commercial insurance industry. Todd is the co-founder of The Step Onward Foundation, a community-based organization dedicated to helping provide healthcare, education, career training, and job placement to young adults who have survived homelessness. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University. Todd is also no stranger to feats of athletic accomplishment, as he’s completed three 70.3 Ironman triathlons as well as a 140.6 Ironman triathlon.
Jordan Green
Chief Experience Officer
Jordan has spent years traveling the globe growing the game of basketball through organizations such as Athletes in Action and Nike. He has had a decorated basketball career as a three-year starter at Texas A&M University, where he was a two-time team captain and left a legacy of excellence with a statue on the university’s campus. He went on playing professionally with the Spurs organization for 3 years, winning a championship in the inaugural year of the G-League in 2018, and gained international playing experience in France for one season. As the CXO, Jordan drives product development and strategic content to grow Ballogy’s overall reach with today’s athletes. He was responsible for leading the research and development of the Ballogy Skills Assessment. Prior to Ballogy, he spent two years in business development at Ernst & Young as a Service Quality Manager. Jordan’s passions lie in leaving the game of basketball better than he found it and spending time with his wife and son.
Jill Ford
Chief Marketing Officer
Jill Ford has 20 years of experience building brands and demand for technology companies both large and small. In her current role, she is responsible for putting a premium Ballogy experience in the hands of athletes across the globe. As a parent to twin boys who are active in sports, she understands first-hand the world of today’s youth athletes. Prior to starting Ballogy, Jill founded and grew her own agency, Ford Marketing. Before venturing into the entrepreneurial world, Jill managed global marketing programs for ProspX and Mirage Networks, and for SupportSoft through its successful IPO. Prior to that, Jill managed global experience marketing for IBM/Tivoli. Jill has a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas.
Joyce Ekworomadu
DIRECTOR, BASKETBALL OPERATIONS
Joyce attended Texas State University where she averaged 18.9 points a game, was Southland Conference Player of The Year, led the team to the school’s first ever Conference Championship, became the 5th player in Texas state history to record over 1500 points and 600 rebounds, became the 1st player in the Southland Conference to sign a WNBA contract and graduated with a BBA in Marketing. Post college, she played in the WNBA, Poland, Italy, the National Nigerian Basketball Team and is the 12th female of the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters. She has traveled to over 40 countries playing the game of basketball. As the Director of Basketball Operations and Account Manager at Ballogy, she blends her extensive experience in basketball with a deep commitment to operating and constructing player development curriculum. With a focus on strategic planning and execution, she contributes to the continuous enhancement of Ballogy’s training programs and user experience. In her role as an Account Manager, she cultivates lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their success by tailoring solutions to their unique needs. Joyce is dedicated to shaping the future of basketball through innovative technology and collaborative leadership at Ballogy.
Saad Hussain
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Hailing from the University of Manchester in England with a master’s degree in Information Systems, Saad Hussain has over 15 years of experience in managing large software teams, technology marketing, and client management. As chief technology officer, Saad is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and end-to-end testing of the Ballogy mobile application. He also leads the company’s artificial intelligence and vision technology initiatives. Saad is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and excellence and creating value for coaches and their athletes. Saad lives in Lahore, Pakistan with his brilliant wife Mahe Zehra who is a skilled mathematician and data scientist. Both Saad and Mahe Zehra have been instrumental in driving data modeling and machine learning projects at Ballogy that help athletes fine tune their training and performance.
Shawn Jones
DIRECTOR, ATHLETICS
Shawn has 30 years of head basketball coaching experience combined with 11 years as an athletic director. He has coached in Colorado and Texas, and has taken teams to three Final Four tournaments and a state championship. He has seen numerous players of his continue on to compete at the college and professional level of the sport. He is also proud to have seen many of his athletes become high school and collegiate coaches themselves. As director of athletics, Shawn is a key member of Ballogy’s team, driving the company’s athletic strategy, partnerships, coach engagement, and product vision. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 32 years and they have raised three wonderful children together. Shawn has a passion for player development and the desire to assist coaches with effective, time-saving tools of administering and assessing skill development drills.
Fedrick Bowe
Vice President, Product
As the vice president of product at Ballogy, Fedrick drives innovation, product development and strategic content to help continue to position Ballogy as the industry standard for athletic skills development, measurement and tracking. He attended Michigan Technological University where he joined their basketball program as a walk-on and ended up becoming a 4 year starter while earning multiple all conference awards. During his career he earned the nickname “Mr. Double Double.” Post college, he’s had over 12 years of experience in Information Technology, CyberSecurity and Software Development. Prior to joining Ballogy, Fedrick managed several critical cybersecurity applications and software development teams at JPMorgan Chase and Co as Vice President of software engineering. Fedrick’s passions are centered around sports, creating technology that helps others, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Stacey Coleman
Controller
With over 25 years of experience in finance, Stacey’s career has spanned across various industries including hospitality, technology, and financial services. Stacey has been an integral part of Ballogy since its inception and has a deep understanding of the company’s vision and core values. Stacey has worked in a variety of roles adapting to the evolving needs of the business and is committed and passionate about driving profitability. As controller, Stacey’s goal is to guarantee transparency, accuracy, and consistency. Stacey is a native Texan but has lived and worked in many other states in the U.S. over the past two decades. She has finally settled in Texas where she is married to her husband of 20+ years and has two teenage girls that play lacrosse.
